Our Story

Hi, I’m Cherisse — but most people know me as Risse.

My dreams of a shop started when I was a little girl who asked for dresses instead of toys for Christmas, who believed that what you wear should make you feel something — confident, comfortable, and completely yourself.

That love for fashion grew into a dream that followed me into adulthood. I went on to study at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising in Los Angeles, always holding onto the idea that one day, I would open a store of my own. Life, as it often does, took me on a few beautiful detours.

I fell in love, moved across the world to Australia, got married, and eventually became a mom — a role that changed everything. It shifted how I saw time, purpose, and what truly matters. I wanted to build something meaningful that allowed me to be present with my family, while still honoring the creative part of myself.

That’s when this concept shop was born.

Now based in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, I curate effortless, boho-inspired dresses for women who value comfort, quality, and timeless style. Every piece is chosen with intention — soft fabrics, relaxed silhouettes, and easy designs meant to move with you through real life.

I believe clothing should be lived in, loved, and lasting. These are pieces made to travel with you, to be worn again and again, and maybe even handed down one day to the next generation.
